Located in Granada, the holiday apartment Precioso has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with an open terrace and balcony. The apartment is conveniently located in the center of the historic city and within walking distance of the many monuments.
Nearby is the bus station to go to the Alhambra as well as numerous nice restaurants, cafes and terraces. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has light and water-saving features. Although the apartment is in the center of the city, it is a quiet area. The host does not accept reservations from guests under 25 years of age. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

The host was really nice. Lots of things in the kitchen and the house was really clean. Everything is new.
Unfortunately the beds were really uncomfortable.

Is wat gehorig. Inchecken was duidelijk maar er werd niet vermeld op welke etage we moesten zijn. De wifi code was er wel maar lastig te vinden op de router. Er werd vermeld dat je in de straat kunt parkeren maar dat is niet mogelijk. Er zijn wel parkeergarages tegen betaling in de buurt

Proche de tout, spacieux, très propre, calme, accueil parfait. Parking San Juan à proximité (58€ pour la semaine), par exemple. À recommander absolument. Rapport qualité prix imbattable ! La deuxième chambre idéale pour une troisième personne
