The holiday apartment Villa Martinez apartamento 3 is located in Salobreña and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as air conditioning.
On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.
A high chair is also available.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings. This property consists of three independent apartments, each with its own separate entrance.
You share access to a common outdoor area that includes a pool, garden, and outdoor shower.

La piscina estaba perfecta de temperatura. La estancia genial, todo muy limpio.
Me hubiese faltado un espejo de pie o alguno donde poder verte un poco, pero bueno, tampoco es imprescindible.
Good appartment in a quite neighbourhood - but with severe issues

- Very nice terrace with a nice view on the garden/trees in a quite and idyllic neighbourhood
- Rooms in general: Good / clean beds/bedroom and bathroom (as indicated in the appartment description)
- Host is not located near appartment, but communicated very well and responded always quickly (e.g. during an electricity blackout during our stay)
- Kitchen equipment was dirty and poorly equipped (e.g. the waterheater is full of mold - inside and outside)
- Several XXL-cockroaches invaded the appartment from the bathroom into the bedroom (host: please kindly go for countermeasures)
- Sun loungers outside were broke (material was ripped)
- WLAN-quality was a bit too low
