The 65 m² property is part of a rural house complex almost two centuries old.
It consists of a loft-style floor with a living area, kitchen and two single beds, and on the ground floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating 4 people.
A cot is also available.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but there are fans.
Outside, you can enjoy a small pool located next to an olive grove and a tobacco drying house.
Its use is shared with the rural house La Casa del Colono. This country house offers access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. The property is set in Alquería de Otura and is one of 2 country house units, both over 140 years old and surrounded by olive trees.
It offers a quiet, peaceful, and charming retreat where guests can experience life in a house preserved with the exact structure of nearly 2 centuries ago, without luxuries, but full of authentic character.
It is only an 8-minute drive from the center of Granada and 10 minutes from the Alhambra. 4 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor area. Guests can enjoy free firewood during winter. Yoga classes can be organized upon request.
