Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

This minimalist, 70m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-located building in the heart of Valencia, and it comes with elevator access. The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay near the beach, as the property is just 10 minutes from Platja de la Malva-rosa.


This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV.


The kitchen has essential cookware to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. There's also a dining area.


There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary linens for maximum comfort.


The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.


The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival.
