Our house LLevant is located within the private estate Can Toni Blay (closed enclosure with exclusive access code for clients), at km 10.3 of Formentera.
At 800 metres from the estate we find Migjorn Beach, where we can access on foot or by car without having to go out to the main road. 1 km away is the fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, next to Ses Platgetes beach and equipped with restaurants, terraces, chemist, supermarket, cash dispenser, car hire office, shops...
INFORMATION: The maximum capacity of the house Llevant is 4 people.
The house has: - Outside Porch with garden furniture. Garden. Barbecue. Covered parking. Outdoor Schuko socket for charging electric vehicles. Children's playground. Outdoor shower. - Indoor shower. Kitchen equipped with kitchenware, fridge, oven, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Dining room. Living room with Smart TV. Music system. 1 bedroom with king size double bed with ceiling fan and separate full bathroom. 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200) with ceiling fan. 1 complete bathroom. Alarm. Safe. Wifi. Air conditioning in the living room. The rooms have ceiling fans and heating.
The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (no daily cleaning), bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one bath towel per person, one bath mat per bathroom, one beach towel per person and welcome amenities).
Bath linen is changed twice a week for stays longer than one week and bed linen is changed once a week.
Cots, high chairs and bed barriers are available free of charge.
RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS: - Check-In time is from 16:00h, while Check-Out must be done before 11:00h.
In case of early check-in or late check-out, guests will be informed. - The water in the house is slightly saline.
It is not suitable for direct consumption, but it is suitable for cooking and showering. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was handed over at Check In. - It is strictly forbidden to organise and hold any type of event in the house, unless it has been expressly contracted for this purpose with the express authorisation of the property.
