This spacious 145 m² apartment offers comfort, style, and a prime location, perfect for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms —two doubles and one with two single beds— this apartment is ideal for families, friends, or groups wanting to explore Barcelona from a vibrant and central location.
There is also a walk-in closet/office and a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the bright living room, which also features air conditioning to relax after a day of sightseeing. ⚠️ Important: the building has no elevator, so access is via stairs. Located in the Gothic Quarter, you’ll be surrounded by medieval streets, charming squares, shops, restaurants, and vibrant culture. Everything is within reach: Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, museums, tapas bars, and historic corners await just steps away. This apartment perfectly combines space, comfort, and authenticity, making it the ideal base to experience Barcelona like a local. Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -The Gothic Quarter is usually very lively both day and night, so it can be noisy. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. - If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
It is prohibited smoking in the apartment. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). Guest access The guest has full access to the entire accommodation. Imagine stepping out from Escudellers 57, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.
