This bright two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups, accommodating up to 4 guests.
The apartment features two double beds, a full bathroom with a shower, and a living-dining area with air conditioning, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, perfect for preparing your meals just like at home.
The building has an elevator, making access to the apartment easy.
Thanks to its central location, you'll have restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transport within reach, allowing you to explore Barcelona comfortably on foot.
This apartment combines comfort, functionality, and location, providing the perfect base for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona.
At the moment there are some flats in the building that are doing some refurbishment, so some noise may occur during the stay.
Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier).
Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.. - If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine) Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment.
