About This SpaceThis wonderful and picturesque 139m2 duplex is located in the heart of Granada, on one of the city's typical hills: a truly magical spot.

GROUND FLOOR - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135 x 200 cm) - 1 bedroom 1 bedroom with 1 single bed measuring 90cm - 1 daybed (closed 90 cm - open 160 x 200 cm), no exterior window but a skylight that does not open - a study area for working - a bathroom with a shower screen.
UPPER FLOOR - a living area with a sofa, television, and a dining table for 4 people - the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with direct views of the Albaicín and the Alhambra.
It has an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. - A private terrace of 33.37 m² with outdoor furniture and views to enjoy the outdoors.
It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
Parties are not allowed. If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, please read the house rules carefully so we can make arrangements. :) Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975: For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers over 14 years of age. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
Failure to provide the requested information before arrival will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
