If you're looking for a beach holiday with all the amenities on your doorstep, look no further. This stunning flat has everything you need. The flat is located on the 4th floor of a very stylish building IN FRONT OF THE BEACH! Composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful living room and separate kitchen. The living room leads directly to the terrace which offers beautiful side sea views and a table and chair to eat or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Mediterranean!
The flat is on one level and is located on the 5th floor of this 6-storey building. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the kitchen. The flat measures approximately 80 m² and comprises the following rooms: A living room with a connected TV and a corner sofa open to the dining room with table and chairs for 4 people. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a separate family bathroom. As well as the beach opposite the building, there are shops, banks, restaurants and a bar all within walking distance. You can also walk to Estepona's old town in around 8 minutes. There's also excellent public transport, so if you fancy getting away from the beach, you can easily visit the surrounding towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Calahonda. If you want to venture further afield, you can reach the beautiful cities of Málaga, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda. Estepona is one of the most popular destinations for tourists and foreign residents on the Costa del Sol, but even today it still manages to retain its ancient Andalusian charm.
